Overview
Join our Crewing department to manage the recruitment, planning, and mobilization of seafarers. You will ensure our vessels are manned by qualified and competent crew members.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified seafarers.
- Verify certificates and documentation (STCW, Flag State).
- Arrange crew travel, visas, and medicals.
- Maintain crew records in the management software.
- Liaise with manning agents and vessel masters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Crewing/Manning.
- Knowledge of DG Shipping rules and visa procedures.
- Experience with crew management software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
